Amazing value for money, with a beautiful and immaculately clean apartment. The staff were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was convenient, close to the train station and local amenities.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a few more options.

Our stay at Kelpies Serviced Apartments- Russell was truly exceptional. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, and we appreciated the convenience of free WiFi and parking. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the staff were brilliant.

Despite a minor issue with the fridge in our first accommodation, the staff promptly offered us an alternative elsewhere in the building. They were accommodating and ensured that our needs were met.

The floors and doors were squeaky, which could be a bit annoying. It would have been nice to have another chair in the lounge area, and a corkscrew would have been handy.
